Zones & timelines
EU orders ship with VAT included. UK, US and Canada offer DDP at checkout where available — pay duties upfront, no surprises at the door. Rest of world ships DDU: local carriers may collect duties on delivery.
Drops ship within 5 business days of the countdown hitting zero. You'll get a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the studio. Split orders are not possible — every piece in the drop ships together.
PostNL, DHL Express, and UPS depending on destination. We pick the fastest tracked option for your zone — no signature required unless the order value exceeds €500.
If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days after dispatch, email the studio. We open a trace with the carrier the same day and reship from remaining stock if a claim is confirmed.
