14-day returns on unworn pieces. Because we don't restock, exchanges are subject to remaining stock — sometimes there's nothing left to swap into. Read this before you send it back.

How it works
returns@offseason.studio with your order number and the piece you're sending back. We reply with a prepaid label for EU orders; other zones ship at cost.
Tags attached, original packaging, no smoke, no wash, no wear beyond a try-on. We inspect every return — worn pieces are refused and returned to sender.
Once received and cleared, the refund lands on the original payment method within five business days. Shipping is refunded only if the piece arrived faulty.
Want a different size instead? We'll hold your return and check what's left. If your size is gone, it's a refund — we can't cut a replacement.
Archive pieces, caps, balaclavas and any item marked “final sale” at checkout can't be returned. The Runner 002 is returnable in the original box only — no shoe-on-shoe shipping.
Something wrong out of the box? Email the studio with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and refund in full — including your original delivery fee.
